Shipping policy

Shipping destinations: We currently ship only within the United States.

Processing time: Every order is engraved to order in our Irvine studio. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Origin: Orders ship from Irvine, California.

Shipping rates: Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $35. For orders under $35, standard shipping is a flat $4.95. Faster USPS options, including Ground Advantage and Priority Mail, are available at checkout at calculated rates.

Delivery estimate: Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after your order ships.

Address issues: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package after it leaves our studio. Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
