How can I personalize my product?

Choose your color from the dropdown menu, then choose which side you'd like engraved. Depending on the product, your options are Front (one side), Front and Back (both), Front and Inside (two sides), or Actual Handwriting.

Can you engrave my own handwriting?

Yes. On the product page, choose an Actual Handwriting option. The upload field will appear there. Upload your image before adding the item to your cart. Write on plain paper and photograph it in good light — that gives us the cleanest engraving result.

Can you engrave a logo, drawing, or photo?

Yes. Family logos, signatures, children's drawings, memorial artwork, and photographs can all be engraved. Upload the image the same way as handwriting, and get in touch first if you're unsure whether a particular image will work.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat $4.95, and free on orders over $35. Faster USPS options are available at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Handling takes 1–3 days, since each piece is engraved to order. After it ships, delivery takes about 2–4 days. Express delivery is available at checkout if you need it sooner.

Can I return my order?

Personalized items can't be returned, since they're made specifically for you. Non-personalized items can be returned, with return shipping paid by the customer. If anything is wrong with your order, email us — we'll sort it out.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of ordering, as long as the item hasn't shipped yet. If you need to change your engraving details, message us as soon as possible.

Do you take large or bulk orders?

Yes — weddings, corporate gifts, and group orders are welcome. Get in touch before ordering so we can plan the timing.
